A great developer has the desire to help other people improve their knowledge base. One thing that is easily noticeable about great developers, is that they tend to mentor other aspiring developers, whether in person or via the internet. They usually utilize a variety of mediums, such as in-person mentorship/training, Youtube channels. books, blogs, and even online training platforms like Udemy, Udacity, Pluralsight, etc to share their broad knowledge and experience with other developers. Essentially, just as they are hungry to learn more about their field, they are also thirsty to share what they know with other interested people.
